Jennifer Hansen has more than 25 years’ experience with administration and management in a variety of settings, including working with individuals from varied cultures and diverse backgrounds. She has an extensive background in research, program development and management, leadership development, instructional design, behavioral interventions, counseling, and youth mentoring.

Jennifer has served on a number of advisory boards for community colleges and career academies, facilitated accreditation processes for Job Corps Academics Departments with AdvancED, participated on National Job Corps workgroups that led to revisions of the training requirements for the Office Administration, Nursing Assistant, Medical Administrative Assistant, and Medical Assistant programs, and participated on National Job Corps workgroups for Job Training MatchCrosswalk revisions. She has been instrumental in developing and administering programs for students with mental health issues, substance abuse issues, physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities, in addition to creating and implementing campus wide anti-bullying programs.

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on training and leadership development from Northcentral University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Behavioral Psychology from Western Michigan University.
