Shriver Job Corps Center
Located in Devens, Massachusetts, the Shriver Job Corps Center offers tuition free training to eligible students in variety of areas including automotive, certified nursing assistance, carpentry, cement masonry, painting, computer technician, advance computer support, office administration, culinary arts, security and protective services, and advance training transportation service.
Angela Rackley has more than 23 years’ experience with administration and management in a variety of settings. Angela is a highly experienced Human Services Executive who has demonstrated talent in leading diverse teams of professionals. She has an extensive background and proven ability to successfully work with staff, clients, stakeholders and community organizations. In her leadership roles, she has demonstrated her aptitude to build and maintain strong and effective partnerships and relationships. She possesses a multilayer of management, quality assurance, program development, training and supervisory skills.
In the Job Corps Program, Angela has served as Center Director, Corporate Social Development Manager, Social Development Director, and Residential Advisor. She was the Executive Director of the Family and Children Services of the Capitol Region Youth Empowerment Services in Albany New York and held the title of Project Director of the Whitney Young Health Center.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Human Services from Empire State College in Albany New York.
